⚠️  SEASONAL NOTICE — Extended Delivery Times

Due to Lunar New Year holidays (January 15 – February 28, 2026), processing and delivery times for some items may be extended by up to 10 additional business days. Orders placed during this period may take up to 20 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of your order status via email.

 

1. Overview

At Kawaii Unicorn, we ship to customers worldwide. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, estimated delivery windows, shipping costs, and tracking procedures.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our Site, you agree to the shipping terms described below.

 

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2.2 Order Verification

In some cases, we may need to verify your order before processing. This may include verifying your payment information, shipping address, or order details. If verification is required, we will contact you by email. Verification may add 1 to 2 business days to your processing time.

2.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kawaii-unicorn.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination. No minimum purchase required.

The following delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch (after processing). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier capacity.

These estimates represent typical delivery times. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events) or periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

        Your tracking number.

        A link to the carrier’s tracking page.

        Estimated delivery date (when available).

 

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. During this initial period, the tracking status may show as “pre-shipment” or “label created.”

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page on our Site.

4.1 Tracking Not Updating

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at contact@kawaii-unicorn.com with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide you with an update within 48 hours.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about the fees that may apply to your order.

Kawaii Unicorn is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

 

6. Shipping Issues

6.1 Undelivered or Lost Packages

If you have not received your order within 45 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@kawaii-unicorn.com with your name, order number, and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full replacement or a complete refund at your choice.

6.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Kawaii Unicorn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

6.3 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product before opening or discarding anything. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kawaii-unicorn.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

 

7. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. However, please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates. Tracking information may also be limited for shipments to military addresses.
