4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Shipping: We ship internationally. Processing times and delivery estimates vary by product and destination.

• Returns: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kawaii-unicorn.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Kawaii Unicorn (Sorael Ltd).

11.4 Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that arbitration is not applicable, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in Courts of Hong Kong SAR, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on our Site is accurate and current. However, the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or change information at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed an order. If a material error affects your order, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm or cancel your order.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier delays, wars, terrorism, strikes, or infrastructure failures.
